I use my own brand 'Salacia Skincare's' Sea Serenity Face & Body oil, a skin-nourishing, collagen-boosting oil blend, with seaweed extract, and healing, nourishing plant oils.

Massage:
A 45min Back, Neck & Shoulder massage to destress, and nourish and soothe the skin. You are then turned over for an Arm, Hand & Neck massage, all with Salacia Skincare Sea Serenity Face & Body oil.

Facial Cleanse & Facial Acupressure:
An revitalising facial cleanse, using Salacia Skincare's Uplift Pro White Grapefruit Gel Cleanser and followed with an Acupressure Face massage with the oil, and a relaxing Scalp massage.

End off: with a Salt Water & Patchouli Face Spritz and hydrate with a refreshing, anti-oxidant-rich iced organic White tea with Pomegranate juice.
