Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday 11-5pm or Saturday 12-3pm. An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready to collect. If there are any issues with collection time, please contact us on 07551 094183
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Fees
Currently, as a launch offer, shipping is free. From 1 January 2023, we will introduce shipping at the following rates.:
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

We do not offer international shipping. Shipping is only available for UK Mainland.

Orders only ship on business days (Mon - Fri)
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.

rETURNS Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund*. Please see below for more information and exceptions on our return
policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached. For jewellery, if there is a defect or breakage, please could you return as much of the product as possible.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email info@illuminait.co.uk with the order number and fault. Once we have received the email and assessed the issue, we will send a confirmation for you to return the item. You will then be required to place the item securely in packaging, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. If you have paid cash and return it in person, the item will be checked before cash is refunded to you. Should you have purchased the product(s) online, please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

To avoid unnecessary admin for returns, it is advised that, if you purchase the Face & Body oils, that you trial it by buying the smaller one first. Eye Pillows will be allowed for returns as long as there is a fault from our side. All products are quality checked our side so any other issues that may be caused by customer's side may need assessment before a refund is processed.
